Information on half-day and day trips (coach)

• Departure

  The coach trips start at a departure address in Vienna or the surrounding area (up to approx. 20 kilometers in the vicinity) to be specified by you. In addition, most trips can be booked from anywhere in Austria. Please ask us for an offer specially designed for you.

• Group size

  As a rule, the prices apply for a minimum of 25 people. The prices in the catalog are always valid for the use of one bus. If two or more coaches are used due to a higher number of passengers, the passenger price according to the price table applies per coach.

• Tour guide

  Please note that the prices quoted do not include a tour guide. The coach driver will be informed by us about the itinerary, but is not a tour guide! If required, we will be happy to provide a suitable tour guide.

• Rates

  The final prices, free places etc. are based on the written offer made for the specific group or the booking confirmation from Mondial!

• Austrian Ecolabel

  The Austrian Ecolabel has been a guarantee for environmentally friendly products and services since 1990. Sustainability is also required in tourism: Whether accommodation providers, restaurants or tour operators - all tourism offers can be awarded the Ecolabel by meeting certain criteria. In 2016, these criteria for day trips and offers without arrival and departure were revised in order to expand certification in the tourism sector. Among other things, care is taken to ensure that excursions offer environmentally friendly activities that strengthen regional structures and traditions and include restaurants that have been awarded a seal of approval from the gastronomic association.

• Stornokosten

  Up to 45 days before departure there are no cancellation costs!
  44-22 days before departure: a processing fee of EUR 110,- will be charged for canceling the entire group.
  21-8 days before departure: The number of participants ordered can be reduced by a maximum of 10% free of charge.
  Cancellations are no longer possible from 7 days before the start of the trip.
