Description
The Mirabell Palace Concerts take place in the baroque Marble Hall of Mirabell Palace in Salzburg, where the Mozart family – Leopold Mozart with Wolfgang and Nannerl – once performed for the archbishops. Adorned with gilded stucco, the Marble Hall is considered one of the most beautiful concert halls in Salzburg and the world.
Today, in this magnificent hall, you can experience high-quality chamber music with a variety of ensembles and soloists who, through their artistry, carry on the spirit of the Mozarts and Salzburg's rich musical tradition. They interpret works by Mozart and other composers such as Vivaldi, Haydn, Bizet, and Tchaikovsky with vibrancy, authenticity, and atmosphere. You can hardly experience classical concerts in Salzburg in a more intense, atmospheric, and intimate way!
