Oberau: Exceptionally renovated with great taste and attention to detail beautiful, cosy, comfortable chalet, 2 storeys, renovated in 2021. Above Oberau, in a hamlet with 20 houses, on the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of Oberau, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position.

The romantic valley of Hochtal Wildschonau with the 4 villages of Niederau, Oberau, Auffach and Thierbach are situated in the heart of the Kitzbuhel alps. Cosy, idyllic holiday centre, 60 km east from Innsbruck. In the resort: shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Hiking, indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. More possibilities. Auffach and Thierbach are situated a little further along the valley.

Exit to the balcony. Wooden floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Large terrace 18 m². Terrace furniture, barbecue, sitting area. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley.
