Location
The Hüttendorf is in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Ladis in the beautiful Tyrolean Oberland.Majestic mountain ranges, crystal clear streams, untouched landscapes, fresh mountain air and much more make the region a true outdoor paradise for all ages. The region is best explored on the countless hiking and mountain bike trails. The adventure mountains by Thomas Brezina, among other things, await families: on the themed hiking trails "Falling Flight", "Witches' Trail" and "Forscherpfad" you are on the trail of an exciting story.
Distances
The center of Ladis with shops and restaurants is about 500m away. It is only 300m to the valley station of the gondola lift to the skiing and hiking paradise of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.
Facilities
In the hut village you will spend incomparable holidays in exclusively equipped chalets. Furnished with lots of wood and fine materials, each tells of the local culture and the original values. A private spa area with Finnish sauna or sanarium and Tyrolean outdoor wooden pool in each chalet promises extraordinary hours. There is also a wellness basket with wellness products and sauna scents, cozy bathrobes and sauna towels to hire.Final cleaning, electricity, water, heating, firewood for the fireplace, WiFi, bed linen and daily towel change included. Free use of snowshoes and toboggans in winter, subject to availability. In summer from June to mid-October Super.Summer.Card for Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis included.As a welcome you will receive 1 bottle of Elixium Rosé Frizzante. A breakfast basket with regional products and specialties is delivered to your chalet daily.In the complex there is a laundry room, a children's playground with a sandpit, slide and swing, Ladizia's play nest with cinema and enough covered parking spaces (free of charge) and a charging station for electric cars (for a fee). The authentic restaurant in the middle of the hut village spoils me with regional specialities, excellent wines and exclusive fondues - on request these can also be delivered directly to your chalet.

In winter, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is undoubtedly one of the top family ski areas in Europe. With its perfectly groomed 212 kilometers of pistes and incomparable snow security, it offers everything a snow sports enthusiast's heart desires, from beginner to professional runs, children's areas and fun parks. 30km of cross-country ski runs, 2 natural toboggan runs, designated winter hiking trails, snowshoe routes and ski tours as well as ice skating and curling complete the winter offer.

Holiday with your Dog
