Small, cosy cottage, surrounded by trees and meadows. 2.5 km from the centre of Gröbming, on the outskirts, 7 km from the centre of Stein an der Enns, 23 km from the centre of Schladming, on a slope, in the residential district, 100 m from the edge of the forest, in the countryside.
Location Description of Gröbming:
The picturesque Ennstal is surrounded by the rugged mountain peaks of the Dachstein massif and the Schladminger Tauern. The historically developed Dachstein-Tauern region around the main town of Schladming stretches from Radstadt in the west to the awe-inspiring Grimming in the east. You can expect a diverse landscape, nice people and great attractions. Well-known holiday center, 100 km south-east from Salzburg.

Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, dining nook, satellite TV and wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Parquet floors, carpet. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley.

Artificial ice rink, indoor tennis centre. Further ski-regions: Planai, Hauser Kaibling, Dachstein West. The ski region of Schladming-Dachstein-Tauern is a member of Amade ski network (270 ski lifts and 860 km of ski runs). The cross-country paradise Ramsau-Dachstein (300 km course), ski alpin training center on Reiter Alm, ski %26 fun at Hauser Kaibling, Planet Planai and Hochwurzen or night sledding on Galsterberg - this is perfect winter holiday.
