Location
Approximately 500 meters above the World Cup venue of Schladming, right in the center of the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region and in the heart of the "Ski amadé" with Austria's largest selection of slopes and lifts (760 km of slopes and 270 lifts), the 22,000 m² site offers 10 comfortable huts for up to 24 people (SKI-STM), 1 apartment on the upper floor of the reception hut (APT-STM) for up to 12 people, and 4 luxury chalets (SNO-STM, SNA-STM). A shop (open during peak season) is located on the ground floor of the reception hut, where you can purchase drinks, baked goods, bread delivery, pizzas, groceries, and cigarettes. The huts are located in the Schladming Tauern mountains, with rolling green alpine valleys, fresh air, the magnificent limestone cliffs of the glaciated Dachstein, countless peaks, and 300 mountain lakes!
Distances
Schladming with excellent restaurants, pubs, après-ski, shops, and a bakery are 500m away. The slopes run directly past the huts, and the descent to the Planai West lifts or the Hochwurzen chairlift is 300m away. The hut village features a 300m² swimming pond and a small playground. Wonderful hiking and mountain biking trails are available from the house, golf is 6km away, rafting is 3km away, and the ski school is 300m away. A charging station for your electric car (22kW, Type 2) is on site!
Facilities
The huts are built from wood, are cozy, and very comfortably furnished. Ground floor: Large living room with upholstered seating area and a cozy fireplace. Fully equipped kitchenette with electric stove, oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and beer tap (for the village's own kegs). If you don't want to cook yourself, we will be happy to arrange a private chef for you! He comes from Schladming and will spoil you with delicious food, preferably with local produce, and at fair prices. From the living room, there is access to the sun terrace with seating and a barbecue. There are also two rooms, each with a double bed and a pull-out couch (160x200cm). A bathroom with two showers and a sauna. 1 toilet. Upper floor: four rooms for 2-4 people, each with a double bed and a pull-out couch (160x200cm), three shower/toilet rooms. With six bedrooms, the hut is ideal for up to 12 adults and up to two children per room on the pull-out couch (a total of up to 24 people). Central heating with sustainable pellets, partly with underfloor heating. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi, and a heated ski boot dryer are available. A high chair and a children's bed (folding travel cot 60x120cm) are available upon request. Smoking is not permitted in the huts.
