Location Description of Uttendorf:
Blooming mountain pastures, untouched glacier streams and waterfalls, bearded vultures, Alpine ibexes and marmots will await you in the heart of the tourist region of Hohe Tauern National Park. The Pinzgau region with the holiday resorts of Niedersill, Mittersill, Uttendorf, Hollersbach, Lengdorf and Bramberg is the ideal place to enjoy the diversity of nature. Enjoy the stunning views of the majestic summits and soak up the clear mountain air. Famous, idyllic holiday centre, 130 km south from Salzburg. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, sauna, solarium, massage.

Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bathing lake 4 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, ski lift 20 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sportregion Zell am See 20 km, Weißsee 22 km.

3-room house, 73m² on 2 levels. Tasteful and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill) with dining table, wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Upper floor: open entrance hall with 1 double sofabed. 1 room with 2 beds and 2 pull-out beds. Exit to the balcony. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Panoramic view.
Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Laundry (initial supply of bed linen and towels).
For shared use: pond. Private: property 150m² (fenced) with meadow. In the house: storage room for skis. 1.5 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises.
Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
Please note: On the estate animal husbandry. Fishing [permit required], on request. The owner who keeps cows on the property comes by daily to milk them. Fishing pond about 500m. EUR 5,- per fish caught.
In Winter: please take snow chains.

Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Zell am See at 16 km, Kaprun at 10 km.
