Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. No WLAN.

Activities
In summer you experience fun and action, but also relaxation on 400 kilometers of hiking trails, 400 kilometers of bike routes with tours, trails and mountain railway transport and - not to forget - the absolute bike Eldorado in the Leogang Bike Park.
For your summer on the Alm you can enter the extensive hiking and mountain biking area of Saalfelden - Leogang and the Saalachtaler Höhenwanderweg from the door of the hut. The family hike to the Asitz is ideal for families. But the Biberg (mountain inn 1 hour) also has a lot to offer for the kids with its summer toboggan run. Mountain enthusiasts should definitely plan for the Sausteige summit at 1,912 m.
Tip: The managed Örgenbauernalm, which is known for its regional delicacies, is just a 20-minute walk away. You can put the cooking spoon aside with confidence.
Winter fun
In winter, the off-piste sports are not to be scoffed at. 150 km of perfectly groomed network of cross-country ski runs, our own Nordic Park on and around the well-known Ritzensee, a comprehensive range of ski tours, snowshoe hikes and fun tobogganing.
Places such as Maishofen and Viehhofen are very popular on the outskirts of the major ski and sports resorts, as village life, tranquility and nature are in the foreground. Families in particular recognize for themselves that relaxation and enjoyment await on the fringes of the central hustle and bustle.
