For many, stress relief begins with the sight of the majestic peaks and a deep breath of fresh mountain air, of course. This famous, idyllic holiday resort is located 130 km south of Salzburg. All amenities are available in the village: indoor pool, wellness center, sauna, solarium, massage.

Private use: 500 m² natural grounds. Bread roll service. In winter, please bring snow chains. Stairway (10 steps) to the house. Parking on the property. Suitable only for guests with experience in mountain huts. Smoking is not permitted in the house.

The holiday region offers: an adventure swimming lake, an outdoor pool, tennis, an 18-hole golf course in Mittersill, horseback riding, fishing, summer skiing in Kaprun (20 km away), paragliding, hiking trails, mountain hikes, climbing, cycling paths, mountain bike routes, mountain bike rentals, and a permanent race track (toll-free panoramic road Stubachtal Tauern Cycle Path).
Winter fun
The Kitzbühel ski area, Weissee Glacier Cable Car (Uttendorf), Mittersill-Passthurn, and the Europa Sportregion are all within easy reach. Nagelkoepfl Adventure Mountain: Snow tubing, trampoline, bungee snow rocket, sky glider, fun cross, umbrella bar, snow rafting, speed snow tubing, airboarding, and zip-bob runs. 10 cable cars, 1 gondola, 32 chairlifts, 42 ski lifts, and 2 children's ski lifts. A total of 200 km of ski slopes, a snow park, and a half-pipe. Ski school, children's ski school, illuminated cross-country ski trails, high-altitude trails, and winter hiking trails. Toboggan runs. Free ski bus. Other ski areas: Zell am See (16 km away), Kaprun (10 km away).
