Location
Sunny secluded location, mountain location above Maria Alm. The access route is partly steep and impassable. An all-terrain vehicle is required. The landlord is happy to help with arrival and departure. The vehicle can be parked at the landlord's yard during the entire stay.

Facilities
3-room hut on 2 floors, approx. 50 m², ground floor: living room with seating area, kitchen with wood-burning stove for cooking and heating (integrated oven), gas cooker (2 plates), sink, coffee pot with filter attachment (please bring your own small filter bags!) , bathroom with shower and sink, separate flush toilet, double bedroom, access to the basement (the stone basement is ideal for cooling food naturally). Upper floor: five-bed room (double bed and 3 single beds). Outdoors: furnished terrace, wooden bio sauna (aromatic oils available), candles, flashlights, lighters, lighters and matches are available. The landlord also provides dishwashing detergent and all-purpose cleaner, deck chairs, parasol, barbecue area, garden shower, fountain, wood storage, sauna, cellar.

Activities
This is your royal summer holiday in the Hochkönig region! Explore the around 340 km of certified hiking trails that lead past countless managed alpine pastures with regional delicacies. The "Hinterjetzbach Alm", for example, is only a 15-minute walk from your hut. You can safely put the wooden spoon aside.
Tip: Tobogganing in summer! On the Biberg in Saalfelden you roar down 345 meters in altitude with super jumps with the summer toboggan into the valley.
Cycling enthusiasts also have reason to be happy: More than 20 wonderful tours and the Flow One Flowtrail await motivated bikers here. You can choose the level of exertion yourself: ride up sporty yourself, with an e-bike or rather comfortably with the cable car. Hochkönig is the world's first e-bike region with gas stations on alpine pastures!
Winter fun
In winter, 120 kilometers of slopes await you here. Hochkönig is also connected to the Ski amadé ski association. With 270 ski lifts and cable cars, the Ski amadé ski association is one of the largest winter sports areas in Europe. Fantastic panorama and wide pistes make skiing and snowboarding a real pleasure. The fun parks and fun slopes offer action and fun. One of the highlights of a ski holiday on the Hochkönig is certainly the Königstour: This has been awarded the most beautiful ski circuit in the Alps, leads over five peaks, 32 kilometers of slopes and 6,700 meters in altitude. With 40 kilometers of trails, cross-country skiers in the Hochkönig region don't miss out either.
