Location
The hut is situated on a very quiet area, off the street and traffic on the edge of a big meadow with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. Nearby are 5 other, seldom inhabited little huts. An ideal location for families with children!
Distances
The next town is Preg: 5 km or St Stefan ob Leoben: 7 km. Skiing area Präbichl 35km. There is an alp inn located 200 m away from the hous which has a sauna and a jacuzzi, a riding stable, tennis court and a children`s playground. There are also 2 ski lifts with 4 different departure points (can be seen very well from the terrace) as well marked hiking trails near the house and a pond located only 8 km away.

Snuggery with lounge, sofa, tiled stove and kitchenette equipped with electric cooker, oven and fridge. 1 bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed. Shower/toilet. Heating with tiled stove, hot water from the bath boiler. In front of the hut is a garden with seats and a barbecue.
