Location
Right on the ski slope, near the gondola lift and in the middle of the Loferer Alm hiking area (46 km of slopes, high-altitude trail, fun park), solitary, with a wide panoramic view to Lofer and the surrounding mountains. In winter, ascent with the gondola, which stops approximately 150m above the house - therefore also easily accessible for non-skiers. In summer or depending on snow conditions, the house can be reached directly by car.
Distances
Ski slope directly from the house. Mountain restaurant 100m above. Beautiful hiking trails, waterfall trail, circular hiking trails, some of which are easy to walk with prams, directly from the house. The location is also ideal for cyclists! Adventure playground Loferer Alm 3km. Village of Lofer with shops and restaurants 3km away.
Facilities
The farmhouse is comfortably furnished and has on the ground floor: large kitchen with dining area, electric stove, woodburning stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle. Cozy living room with enough seating and a stove. 1 double room. Large bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna! Passage to conservatory with seating. First floor: 4 bedrooms, shower, toilet. SAT-TV, radio, ski boot dryer, internet in the house. Central heating with wood chips. The rear part of the house is an empty stable. Sun terrace in front of the house, deck chairs, grill.
Additional Costs
Electricity €0.35/kwh, heating €0.12/kwh, local tax €1.70 (in summer - Sommercard €3.40 from 15 years), mobility tax as of the 1st of May 2025 € 0,50/person older than 15/night, cleaning €160.00. Deposit € 300,-. Bed linen and towels can be rented €14/set, pets €50/week. In winter luggage transport € 30,-/journey.
