Location
This original and charming Alpine cabin dating from 1750 is located in Ramsau with wonderful and far-reaching views of the Tauern mountain ranges and the Dachstein mountains. The cabin is secluded, adjacent to an empty cowshed. Can be reached on a toll road leading up to 100 m to the cabin.
Distances
Ramsau 7 km, cabins offering refreshments and food 800 m, public walks lead directly from the cabin into the valley and also up to the glacier!
Facilities
Ground floor: anteroom with gas cooker, running water from the well (cold), alpine lounge with wood stove, oven, dining table and couch. 1 double room, 1 double room with staircase to the upper floor, anteroom with a couch and a double room behind it. Toilet accessible from outside, next to the hut (no outhouse). Heating with wood stove, no electricity. Bring a camping light, there is a sun terrace in front of the hut with seating, a fenced meadow with a barbecue area, a small stream. Please bring bed linen and towels.
