The stone-walled hut is situated extremely quiet, surrounded by meadows, with a wonderful wide view to the well-known mountains Bischofsmütze, Gosaukamm, Dachstein and Tennengebirge!
Distances
Next village St. Martin am Tennengebirge with shops, bakeries, restaurants in 4km distance. Natural adventure marine park (6.700m2 water-area) with waterslide, playground, restaurant in town! The cottage is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain bike tours, many pastures and huts invite you to rest!
Facilities
The cabin has on the ground floor: snuggery with lounge and sofa next to the chimney, satellite TV, cd-player, kitchenette with electric cooker, oven, fridge and a coffee machine. Bathroom with double-washbasin. Toilet. 1 double room. Upper floor: 1 double room, 1 four-bed room. Heating with the chimney or with the electric furnace, warm water you get electrically. In front of the hut are seats, a well, sunbeds, a barbecue, a wooden viewing platform, wide meadows and a wonderful view!
Additional Costs
Local tourism tax currently € 2,-/person/night, electricity € 0,40/kWh, final cleaning € 80,-, pet € 40,-/week. Bed linen for € 7,- and towels for € 3,- can be rented. In winter: lump-sum for wood € 60,-/week.
