Whether leisurely hikes with views of the Tennengebirge massif, a dip in the crystal-clear natural pool, or relaxing hours in the hut, here you'll find everything that makes a true summer special. The hut is located on the edge of the forest, about 300 meters above the farm. Direct access is possible, but the driveway is a very steep gravel road. The VOG-SBG hut is next door. A larger group can rent both huts.

St. Martin im Lammertal with shops, cafes, and restaurants is 2 km away. Seepark natural adventure pool with a water slide, children's playground, restaurant, and 6,700 m² of water surface is 2 km away. Tennis court 1.5 km away, golf course 15 km away. The region offers countless marked hiking and biking trails to mountain huts with mountain pastures!

Ground floor: Hut living room with seating area, kitchenette with wood-burning stove, oven, electric stove (2 burners), coffee machine, and refrigerator. 1 twin bedroom, shower/WC. Access via ladder to the attic, where there is a bunk bed with 2 beds. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. Wi-Fi available. Seating area and barbecue grill are located in front of the hut.

Electricity EUR 20,-/week, garbage EUR 6,-/bag, wood EUR 10,-/box, local tax currently EUR 2,-/person/night, mobility fee from May 1, 2025 EUR 0.50/person over 15 years/night, final cleaning EUR 50,-, pets EUR 60,-/week. Please bring bed linen and towels.
