Location
The fenced hut is in an absolutely secluded location, in wonderful peace. Surrounded only by cows and sometimes horses, in the middle of the Nockberge Biosphere Park or in the alpine pasture area of Falkert am See. Access with your own car via the well-developed road to Falkert am See, hike to the hut 2km (approx. 30min) through cow pastures. Luggage transport on arrival and departure by the landlord.
Distances
The next village is Falkertsee in 2km - a fishing paradies for in summer! Shopping possibilities in "Patergasse" and "Ebene Reichenau" in 9km, thermal spa Bad Kleinkirchheim in 16km. Millstätter See 25km away. Numerous hiking paths starting from the hut. The "Turracher Höhe" is 22km away and the Millstätter Lake is reachable in 25km. Numerous hiking trails starting in front of the cottage.

Equipment The non-smoking hut has on the ground floor: parlour with sitting area, kitchenette with wood cooker, oven, gas cooker. 1 double bedroom. 1 WC. First floor: 1 twin room, 1 four-bed room with double bed and pull-out couch if required. Basement: shower, solar fridge. Solar power 220Volt for light, fridge and charger (mobile phone). Heating with wood stove. Terrace in front of the hut with seating area and barbecue. Plenty of meadow, fountain, small playground and marvellous views! The water is tested quality drinking water!
Additional Costs
Flat rate (for water, wood, gas) EUR 15,-/week, local tax currently EUR 2,00/person/night. Bed linen EUR 10,-/towels EUR 7,- for hire. Pets EUR 35,-/week. Final cleaning EUR 70,- (or guests clean themselves, then EUR 10,-).
