Close to Dienten at the "Hochkönig" (mountain), outside the village, on the street, at a brook.

Sports area in winter and summer - Dienten - with ski lifts, mountain cross country ski track, ski school, floodlit sledge run, supermarket 2,5km. Swimming lake 15km. The cabin is easily reachable by car, it has one garage and the ski bus stops directly in front of the house! Gasteinertal for Spa baths 19km. Ideal in summer for countless trails for hiking and biking on the Hochkönig! Fishing hut 300m. Rafting 10km. At the barn next door are 1 Haflinger horse and 2 pony.

Shower/toilet. Upper floor: 2 large double rooms with shower and balcony. 2 double rooms with washbasin. 1 toilet.
