Location
The cabin is located in a very beautiful landscape, alone in Kolm Saigurn. You can reach the hut from Rauris via a toll road (about 7 weeks card, -/Pkw), driving through one of the most beautiful mountain forests with ancient pine and spruce.
Distances
The National Park Hohe Tauern, the neighbourship of the Grossglockner or Sonnblick, many inns are ideal for walkers, the Rauris Valley perfect for biking! Circular walkingroute from the hut! Next place Rauris 20km. 50m above is a hut and about 400m opposite an inn, where you can make a halt and eat and drink.
Facilities
Ground floor: big living room with lounge, sofa, satellite TV connection, tiled stove, kitchen with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave. 3 toilets. Upper floor: 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower/toilet, 1 shower/toilet. Central heating. Wi-Fi (EUR 15,-/week) on request. In front of the hut are seats, a barbecue and a well. Approximately 1x per month, the owner of the hut arranges a barbecue for the guests of his hotel, next to the cabin. We ask you to do not smoke inside the cottage!
Additional Costs
Electricity EUR 0,45/kWh, gas EUR 3,50/m³, local tourism tax currently EUR 1,10/person/night, final cleaning EUR 8,-/person. Bed linen and towels can be rented for EUR 10,-/set. Deposit EUR 200,-, pet EUR 15,-/week.
