Weekly themed buffets, Tyrolean evenings, and traditional Stubai cuisine. Fresh fruit, tea, and mountain spring water are available all day at the wellness bar in the spa area.
Gams Natural Culinary Delights – 100% Chamois Habitat: The Stubaierhof uses only the highest quality ingredients from the chamois habitat in its kitchen. We prioritize sourcing regional products from local vendors and consciously avoid artificial flavor enhancers, convenience foods, and ready-made meals. We also utilize seasonal offerings of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Our kitchen team is happy to accommodate food intolerances and allergies. Lactose- and gluten-free dishes are readily available; however, very specific intolerances may require some adjustments. Vegan menus are not offered, but a high-quality vegetarian selection is available. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances when making your booking.
