The newly opened, modern SeeStrandResort stands for peace, freedom, and privacy. The contemporary architecture, with its clean lines, natural materials, and expansive glass surfaces, blends harmoniously into the landscape, creating an exclusive living experience. In the main building, you'll find a reception area with a central reception desk (open from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.), a 24-hour vending machine for snacks and drinks, and a co-working space. The on-site bistro offers a regional Alpe-Adria breakfast each morning, as well as a breakfast pastry delivery service to your accommodation. In the afternoon and evening, aperitifs and summer dishes are on the menu, which you can enjoy on the sun terrace or in your apartment. The Seerose restaurant, within easy walking distance, invites you to enjoy regional cuisine and stunning lake views, providing a delightful end to the day. Just a few steps away is the approximately 700 m² private sunbathing lawn at the Krainz lido, with direct lake access. Sun loungers and parasols are available. One parking space per unit is included in the price. Bicycle parking is also available. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.
Payable on site: Dog: EUR 45,- per week or per minimum stay. Child set (cot, bed linen, hand and bath towels): EUR 35,- per night. High chair: EUR 9,- per night. Security deposit: EUR 300,- per stay (mandatory). Tourist tax: EUR 2.70 per person/night (from 18 years of age).

The 40 high-quality premium apartments combine modern design with ample space, privacy, and the highest level of comfort. Bright rooms, natural materials, and expansive windows create a stylish and inviting atmosphere. All apartments feature a spacious and high-quality furnished living/dining area with a sofa bed, a modern, open-plan, and fully equipped kitchen with a stove/ceramic cooktop including oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, one or more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower/toilet, flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as a sunny balcony/terrace with seating and lake views.
Electricity, heating, and utilities, as well as an initial supply of dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, and paper towels, are included.
Apartments (4-6 people): 2-room apartment, Category 1, approx. 60-70 m², 1 bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower/toilet, 1 separate toilet, and a living and dining room with a comfortable sofa bed.
WV (4-6): 3-room apartment, category 2, approx. 60-80 m², 2 bedrooms (double bed), 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, and a living and dining room with a comfortable sofa bed.
WZ (6-8): 4-room apartment, category 4, approx. 95-105 m², 3 bedrooms (double bed), 3 bathrooms with shower/WC, and a living and dining room with a comfortable sofa bed.
