The hotel impresses with its quiet yet central location, only 300m from the town centre. It is the ideal starting point for numerous activities in the beautiful surroundings. The partner hotel Sonnalp is about 2km away.
The Kitzbühel Alps are a real paradise for active vacationers. Whether interesting themed hiking trails, rustic mountain huts, challenging high-altitude hiking trails or cycle routes of all levels of difficulty, there is definitely something for every taste. On hot summer days, a visit to one of the many bathing lakes and swimming pools in the area, which make children's hearts beat faster with slides and adventure pools, is of course a good idea. But the crystal-clear mountain streams and mountain lakes also offer cooling and an unforgettable experience at the same time. Golfers are spoiled for choice in the Kitzbühel Alps. The 13 golf courses not only promise varied terrain, but also impress with the imposing backdrop.

The hotel is built in the typical Tyrolean style. It welcomes you with a friendly lobby with reception and safe, a spacious lounge with an open fireplace, a restaurant, a sun and café terrace, and a sunbathing lawn with loungers and parasols.
