Winter fun
With 233 kilometers of perfectly groomed pistes and 57 state-of-the-art cable cars and lifts, the snow-sure Kitzbühel ski area is undoubtedly one of the most popular ski resorts in the world. With 68 groomed runs of all levels of difficulty, great freeride opportunities, action-packed snowboard fun parks and over 60 inns and ski huts - surrounded by white mountain peaks and a breathtaking landscape - it offers the best conditions for all skiers and snowboarders. If you haven't had enough of skiing during the day, you can go night skiing twice a week on the Gaisberg in Kirchberg, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel.
The free ski bus stops approx. 300m from the hotel and takes you directly to the valley station of the Fleckalmbahn, which is 2km away and provides direct access to the fantastic Kitzbühler ski area. You can also reach the next cross-country trail after just 300m.
Kirchberg also promises lots of fun away from the slopes. Cross-country skiers and walkers will also get their money's worth on hundreds of kilometers of cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails. If that's not enough for you, you can enjoy the wonderful winter landscape while ice climbing, ice skating, curling, snow biking, snowshoeing or a romantic carriage ride. Tobogganing fun for the whole family is guaranteed by the spectacular toboggan run on the Gaisberg, which also operates nightly several times a week.
