The JUFA Hotel Gitschtal – Landerlebnis is located in the small village of Weißbriach, near the town center, on a green mountain slope. Here you can recharge your batteries all year round in the midst of breathtaking natural idylls.
It's not for nothing that the Gitschtal am Weißensee is part of the Carinthian natural arena: in summer, the flowering alpine meadows are particularly impressive, and the nearby, crystal-clear Weißensee is always worth a visit - for swimming, fishing or a boat trip. Discover the beautiful mountain world around the Weißensee: 200km of marked hiking trails await you, which lead up to 2,300m above sea level, as well as nine themed hiking trails in the lake and alpine pasture areas. Numerous managed huts and alpine pastures invite you to take a break. In the Gitschtal adventure swimming pool in Weißbriach, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, you can really relax while swimming and splashing around. The fast, curvy tube water slide particularly delights the youngest bathers. Popular excursion destinations such as Pressegger See, Rosegg Zoo and the KärntenTherme Warmbad-Villach can also be reached within a short time.
