The luxurious wellness hotel is located in the heart of the pedestrian zone and yet surrounded by nature. The rear of the hotel is directly adjacent to the 100,000m² private garden.

Unique and highly individual! In this former Augustinian monastery dating back to the 16th century and now a privately run wellness hotel in its 6th generation, history, sophisticated hospitality, and genuine Tyrolean hospitality combine to create an exceptional ambiance.
Several diverse restaurants and dinner venues cater to your culinary needs, including the Ritter Oswald Stube, the Gewölbesaal, and the Bräukeller Grill & Veggie with its own brewery and charcoal grill specialties. Dine at a beautiful table in the 500-year-old monastery cellar, surrounded by 500 candles. A stylish lounge, a piano bar with a varied music program, and a conference room for up to 20 people round out the offerings. An elevator is available in the building. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.
Payable on site: Secured parking nearby: EUR 9.50 per night. Garage/box: EUR 25,- per night. Electric charging station based on consumption (approx. EUR 15,- to EUR 18,- per charge). Dogs on request (max. 2 dogs per room): EUR 35,- per dog/night, plus an additional EUR 49,- for a one-time final cleaning fee. Local tax EUR 3.50 per person/night for guests aged 16 and over.

Comfort, luxury, individuality – the 90 lovingly designed rooms and suites in various categories, some featuring exclusive design elements, invite you to relax. Equipped with a bathroom with bathtub or shower, toilet, hairdryer, cozy bathrobe and slippers, telephone, radio/CD player, satellite TV with Sky channels, safe, minibar including soft drinks, Nespresso machine, and Wi-Fi, they meet the highest standards. The Nature double rooms and suites are ecological through and through – with Swiss stone pine and wooden furniture, special eco-friendly flooring with high-quality wooden floors, and a natural facade. 95% of the materials come from handcrafted Alpine crafts.
DC (2-2): Classic double room, approx. 30m², without balcony, in traditional Tyrolean style, facing north or the sunny southwest.
DZ (2-4): Double room "Natur" with balcony, 36-44m², bright, modern Tyrolean interior in natural colors, bathroom with spacious wellness shower, separate seating and lounge area, air conditioning, two smart TVs, located on the upper floors with a sunny south or south/west exposure.
SS (2-4): Classic Suite with partial balcony, approx. 55m², in an elegant style with fine fabrics, a stylish bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet, large, visually separated living and sleeping areas, and a comfortable couch with a seating area.
SD (2-3): Premium Suite with terrace and garden access, approx. 49m², cool and fresh interior, luxurious bathroom with a giant shower, air conditioning, quiet south-facing location.
Meals
Gourmet half board: A rich breakfast buffet with organic produce and live cooking stations until 10:30 a.m. A 6-course gourmet dinner menu with a generous salad buffet and cheese selection from the board is served. A fruit and health corner is available in the wellness area. Only regional or home-grown products are used in the preparation of the meals, in accordance with the hotel's internal Green Code.
Optionally, breakfast only is available.
Activities
A daily changing entertainment and adventure program with the leisure and activity guide, yoga classes several times a week in the hotel's yoga room, as well as Pilates classes, music, and event highlights in the DancingBAR Kännchen are available, as advertised on-site. For your daily workout, we offer what is probably the coolest fitness room in the world, with a large functional area and state-of-the-art equipment.

Winter fun
With over 260 kilometers of groomed trails of all levels of difficulty, the Seefeld region is considered the “Mecca” of cross-country skiing in Europe. In addition to classic and skating, special trails such as night trails, dog trails and cross-country sled skiing are also available. Alpine skiing on Tyrol's high plateau means skiing for connoisseurs: you won't find crowded gondolas and après-ski bars here; instead, there are five sunny ski areas with a total of 37 cable cars and lifts and 34 perfectly groomed kilometers of slopes. The family ski areas at the Birkenlift and Geigenbühel are connected by what is probably the smallest ski area in the world, the Gschwandtkopf offers pleasure runs for young and old, there is also a toboggan run at the Katzenkopf ski area and the Rosshütte mountain railways are an all-rounder with a children's area and freestyle fun park.
The free hotel shuttle bus takes you several times a day to the two Seefeld ski areas of Gschwandtkopf and Rosshütte (each approx. 2 minutes away by car). Alternatively, you can take the free ski bus, which leaves just 200m from the hotel. The entrance to the cross-country ski trail network is also only about 200m from the hotel. Ski pass service and ski rental are offered in-house.
Snow-covered ridges, untouched landscapes and paths away from the ski slopes make snowshoeing an unforgettable experience for explorers young and old. Flat, well-cleared and sunny winter hiking trails lead directly past the hotel. Ice skating and curling, fun tobogganing and romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides round off the winter offerings in Seefeld.

The 3,500 m² Spiritual SPA features a year-round heated 17-meter outdoor pool with indoor access, a large indoor pool with vaulted loungers and a fireplace lounge, outdoor panoramic whirlpools, a beautiful sauna landscape with seven themed saunas, including a family textile sauna, a Finnish sauna, and the world's most beautiful, completely hand-carved sauna with daily guided sauna sessions/sauna school, a Rasul grotto, a Kneipp footbath, and seven rest and relaxation zones with a cozy fireplace reading room, waterbeds, a romantic area, a meditation corridor, and a sin cellar with a never-ending beer fountain.
For a fee: massages, cosmetics, body treatments, soothing baths, a private spa, and numerous spa treatments such as the unique "FEEL YOUNIQUE" spa concept – create your own personalized treatment.
Children
6 x weekly child care for children aged 3 and over from 2 p.m. to 9.30 p.m., regular exciting in-house adventure programs, children's playroom with knight's castle, slide, giant Lego corner and painting and craft corner, new youth room with, among other things, pinball, billiards and Play station, Table football, petting zoo in the adjacent farm, rental of toboggans and bobsleighs, toboggan hill directly behind the hotel, balanced children's menus, rental of baby and changing equipment in the room, strollers and backpacks on request.

Holiday with your Dog
Your four-legged friend is a welcome guest at the Klosterbräu. The rooms offer: food and water bowls, a dog towel and a cozy place to sleep. For dog owners and their pets, there is a separate restaurant area with a dog menu (max. 1 dog per table and under 60cm height). There are numerous drinking stations located throughout the hotel. The in-house hiking and lounging area with 150,000m² of meadows and forests offers enough space for plenty of exercise. Near the hotel you will find an agility training area and beautiful walking paths.
