The family-friendly spa and wellness hotel is located in the heart of Hévíz, one of Hungary’s most renowned spa towns. You can easily reach the Hévíz thermal lake—situated just 400 meters away—via the pedestrian zone. The unique Hévíz healing mud, sourced from Europe’s largest natural thermal lake, has been an integral part of traditional Hévíz spa treatments for centuries.
The area surrounding Hévíz offers wonderful cycling paths of varying difficulty levels that wind through the region's most beautiful landscapes. The approximately 210-kilometer-long Lake Balaton Cycle Path allows you to circle the "Hungarian Sea" in stages, using designated bike lanes as well as quiet country roads and side streets. The Kis-Balaton nature reserve—home to diverse birdlife and water buffalo—is well worth a visit, as is the rolling terrain of the Balaton Uplands. Lake Balaton itself is located about 10 kilometers away.

Wellness
The spacious pool and sauna complex—featuring eight different pools and thermal baths, as well as a two-level sauna world—offers a variety of ways to relax, stay active, and enjoy family time.
The leisure pool area includes a large indoor pool (31°C) and a swim-through channel leading to an outdoor pool (approx. 28°C), all equipped with water features, a counter-current system, and massage jets. An indoor thermal pool (30–32°C), a children's wading pool, and a whirlpool (34°C) round out the facilities. A special highlight is the pair of thermal water pools (35–36°C; restricted to ages 14 and up). Here—in both the indoor and the covered outdoor thermal pools (approx. 20 m²) set amidst well-tended gardens—you can enjoy the healing properties of the water from Lake Hévíz. During the summer months, the "Acapulco" family leisure pool offers extra fun with its 270 m² water surface and dedicated children's area.
The modernized, two-level sauna complex comprises a "textile-on" sauna area on the ground floor—featuring a Finnish sauna, herb sauna, steam bath, salt chamber, infrared sauna, ice fountain, and a relaxation area with loungers—and the "ReneSanarium" on the gallery level (a nude area), which offers a panoramic Finnish sauna, steam bath, tropical rain showers, a relaxation room, and regular sauna ceremonies (available for an additional fee).
Spa Treatments
For an additional fee: Enjoy precious moments of relaxation at VITALIUM HEALTH & BEAUTY with soothing massages, facial and body treatments, and various beauty and wellness services. The range of services includes classic, therapeutic, and Eastern-style massages; radiofrequency and mesotherapy treatments; lifting treatments; and manicures and pedicures. Professional Sothys cosmetic products are used for these treatments. An on-site hair salon rounds out the offerings.

For an additional fee: At VITALIUM HEALTH & BEAUTY, time-honored Hévíz treatments are complemented by modern services and alternative therapies. Offerings include specialist medical examinations and consultations; various massages (alternative, Oriental, and relaxation, as well as sports and therapeutic massages); Hévíz healing mud packs; traction baths; inhalation therapy; magnetic field, oxygen, electro-, and hydrotherapy; therapeutic exercise; and other diagnostic and therapeutic procedures prescribed by a physician. In addition to cosmetic treatments, the Vitalium Laser Centre offers services in dermatology, gynecology, and snoring therapy. The hotel’s offerings are further complemented by the Vitalium Medical Centre, which provides expanded medical services, ultrasound diagnostics, and outpatient surgery, as well as a pre- and post-operative rehabilitation program designed to provide targeted support for hip or knee surgeries, prosthetic implantations, and specific spinal surgeries or injuries.
