The hotels of the "Terme Zreče" thermal spa complex are situated in a spacious park at the foot of the Pohorje Mountains in northeastern Slovenia, approximately an hour's drive from the Spielfeld border crossing. The crisp mountain air, gently rolling landscape, and surrounding vineyards and orchards create ideal conditions for relaxation and an active holiday.
Zreče serves as a versatile starting point for hikes, cycling tours, and excursions throughout the region. The nearby Pohorje mountains offer numerous hiking and cycling trails in the summer, as well as opportunities for downhill and cross-country skiing in the winter. Those interested in culture can quickly reach the historic town of Slovenske Konjice and other regional attractions.

The hotel is thematically dedicated entirely to the apple—a fruit symbolizing the preservation of youth and serving as a natural source of energy and health. Apples are reflected in the hotel's décor, grow in the surrounding orchards, and inspire culinary delights in the hotel kitchen.

Hotel Atrij is directly connected to the Zreče Thermal Spa via a covered walkway; guests enjoy full-day access to the spa facilities from the day of arrival through the day of departure. Access to the sauna village on the day of departure is available for an additional fee.
With a total water surface area of 1,600 m² across indoor and outdoor zones, the spa complex features eight pools filled with healing acro-thermal water ranging from 27°C to 35°C. The indoor area, open year-round, offers a recreational pool with ample swimming space, a therapy pool for health treatments and water aerobics, a shallow children's splash pool, and a glass-enclosed relaxation area featuring two integrated whirlpools and eight comfortable waterbeds. The outdoor "Winter-Summer" pool—also open year-round—includes a lazy river and soothing massage waterfalls. An additional large outdoor pool with further water attractions is available exclusively during the warm peak season. In summer, the Forest Water Park promises fun and action for the whole family, featuring a covered river, high-speed water slides, a summer pool, and a children's splash pool.
Boost your well-being in the sauna facilities, infused with the scents of herbs from the Pohorje Mountains. Spanning two floors, the spa's sauna village includes five dry saunas featuring crystal and color therapy, two steam baths scented with regional herbs, an infrared sauna, relaxation areas with hay loungers, and a Kneipp stream.

For an additional fee: The Idila Wellness and Spa Center pampers body and mind with a wide range of treatments based on four pillars: Nature, Orient, Beauty, and Romance. Experience the treasures of nature with a massage using local honey or herbs, relax with a traditional Thai massage, or treat yourself to a purifying cosmetic treatment for radiant skin. Health Treatments
Available for an additional fee: The success of the Zreče Spa and Health Centre is rooted in natural healing remedies. Its acrothermal water boasts an exceptionally high content of calcium, magnesium, and bicarbonate, making it a proven therapeutic agent for spa treatments and rehabilitation. Natural peat from the Pohorje region and volcanic fango mud are also utilized in selected treatments. Medical services include physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and movement therapy, massages, and various other rehabilitative and preventive treatments. A special emphasis is placed on holistic preventive healthcare and personalized care. The health centre has been awarded the international AACI medical certification in recognition of its medical quality and high standards.
