The 4* active wellness hotel is quietly located on a gentle slope surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean scents, above the main promenade of Portorož. The resort's own Meduza beach is about 100m from the hotel and is characterized not only by its excellent location but also by its excellent range of services. Numerous cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the Portorož Casino are in the immediate vicinity.
Portorož has been known as a recognized health resort for centuries. The interweaving of different cultures, music, nature, gastronomic delights and a rich historical past create an atmosphere in which you can forget the stress of everyday life and relax. Take a walk to medieval Piran or an afternoon bike ride on the famous Parenzana and discover the diverse landscape.

The hotel restaurant Herbae focuses on healthy Mediterranean dishes, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes. In the Aroma Bar you can enjoy excellent smoothies, various teas and daily fresh desserts. The adjacent Café Central awaits you with a wide range of cakes and pastries from the in-house pastry shop as well as various coffee specialties. In the summer months, the private Meduza beach with loungers and parasols (for a fee) as well as a restaurant and a bar is available to you. There is an elevator in the building. WiFi is free throughout the hotel.

Rooms
Each of the 87 rooms tells its own story based on Mediterranean herbs such as basil, lavender, thyme or oregano. The modern, themed rooms have a bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, LCD TV, minibar, safe, WiFi and balcony as well as a desk and a training area for your exercise. A bathrobe can be borrowed from reception for the duration of your stay for a fee.

Wellness
The hotel is connected to Terme Portorož via a bathrobe corridor. Here you can choose between swimming pools with heated sea water (Sea Spa, closed from 30.6.-13.7.) or with thermal water (Primeval Sea) all year round. Entry is included in the room price for hotel guests for the duration of their stay.
Experience the beneficial primal energy of the thermal primeval sea. Due to its chemical composition, the primeval sea is considered to be a unique thermal mineral water in this part of Europe, which has beneficial effects on your health and well-being. The primeval sea swimming pool complex (closed from 2.11.-2.1.) includes a swimming pool, a large relaxation pool, a children's pool and two whirlpools. The Sea Spa with heated sea water has a large indoor pool with massage jets, a swimming pool with meditative music, a children's pool and in summer an outdoor pool and a large sun terrace with a view of Portorož and the Bay of Piran.
The unique sauna park (from 16 years, closed from 30.6.-31.7.) on 1,000m² with 7 different saunas, including Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, tepidarium, laconium and salt sauna, Kneipp stream, chromotherapy and ice cave can be used for an additional charge.
Spa Treatments
For a fee: experience the perfect harmony of body and soul in the Wellness LifeClass Center with an extensive range of wellness, beauty and health services. The Wai Thai Center directly in the hotel is a unique center for traditional Thai massage and natural facial and body care carried out by professional therapists and beauticians. The beauty center offers a varied program of beauty treatments for the face and body that rejuvenate and shape the body using the latest technology and professional treatment.
Health Treatments
For a fee: in the Shakti Ayurveda Center, various Ayurveda treatments are carried out by certified therapists from India as well as by professional Ayurveda therapists. The Thalasso Center offers a wide range of "thalassotherapies". Through the use of local, health-promoting marine products such as fango, brine water, Piran salt, algae, pure sea water and also the climate, the therapies and treatments of the Thalasso Center are unique in Slovenia. Specialized and experienced doctors will help you choose the different therapies.
Children
LifeClass Summer Mini Club in July & August with culinary and creative workshops, water games, face painting and mini disco in the evenings, expanded playground with various play areas on the resort's own Meduza beach.
LifeClass Halloween Mini Club in the autumn holidays with creative workshops, pumpkin games and Halloween party on 31.10.
Fairytale LifeClass Christmas and New Year Mini Club from 23.12. - 2.1. with fairytale workshops with making Christmas decorations and greeting cards, festive games, a visit from Santa Claus and a mini New Year's Eve party.
The Mini Club for children aged 4-12 is on the Meduza beach in summer and in bad weather and in the Hotel Apollo in autumn and winter.
