The Graben Hotel is located in the heart of the city, in a side street of the Graben, in the middle of the quiet antiques district, and has been owned by the Kremslehner family since 1927. Thanks to its central location, you can easily reach all the sights of the historic city center on foot. The lively Stephansplatz with the world-famous St. Stephen's Cathedral, the most impressive building in the city and also a landmark of Vienna, is just a stone's throw away. Here you will find countless cozy cafes, excellent restaurants as well as shops and boutiques. Kärntner Straße, the Hofburg and the famous Vienna Dorotheum are also just a few steps away. The very good connection to the public transport network also allows you to explore the beautiful city of Vienna further. The nearest underground station U1/U3-Stephansplatz is a 2-minute walk away.

Hospitality has been a tradition at the Graben Hotel for several centuries. As early as the end of the 18th century, the "Einkehrgasthof zum Goldenen Jägerhorn" in what is now the Graben Hotel was well-known throughout the city. From 1913 onwards, this developed into a popular meeting place for writers Franz Grillparzer, Peter Altenberg, Franz Kafka and Max Brod. Peter Altenberg's desk can still be admired in the Graben Hotel today.
By combining tradition and modernity, the Graben Hotel offers its guests a welcoming and family atmosphere.
