The ELVA Premium Apartment Hotel, newly opened in June 2025, welcomes you with a stylish combination of modern design and Alpine charm. Start the day with a comprehensive breakfast and indulge in the evening in the à la carte restaurant with a terrace, serving modern, down-to-earth cuisine and a selection of vegetarian dishes. During the day, the hotel's bistro offers snacks and refreshing drinks. You can end the evening relaxing at the bar with creative drinks and cocktails. A lobby with reception, ski storage with individual lockers in each room, an elevator, and free parking with an electric charging station (subject to a fee) complete the offering. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Pets are not allowed.
Payable on site: interim cleaning. Local tax: EUR 4.80 per person/night for guests aged 17 and over.
Apartments
Alpine down-to-earthness combined with a sense of aesthetics: Perfectly equipped with a bathroom with bathtub or shower, toilet, hairdryer, spa bag including bath towels and a loaner bathrobe, smart TV, mini-fridge, Nespresso machine and kettle, safe, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a spacious balcony with stunning mountain views, the 45 lovingly designed rooms and apartments are cozy retreats for your well-being. The design, made from natural materials including wood, cozy fabrics, and stone, strikes the perfect balance between Alpine style and modern architecture, creating an atmosphere of relaxation.

DD (2-2): Studio, approx. 26m², with a fully equipped kitchenette.
DF (2-4): Family Apartment, approx. 54m², living room/bedroom, children's room with a cozy bunk bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette.
Final cleaning, a starter pack with Nespresso capsules, dish soap and tap water, tea towels, garbage bags, tea and sugar, a towel package, and a one-time intermediate cleaning and towel change are included for stays of 5 days or more.

Winter fun
Four ski areas provide countless winter sports enthusiasts with unforgettable skiing experiences every year. Unlimited skiing fun in Austria's largest glacier ski area, the Stubai Glacier, the family-friendly atmosphere of the Schlick 2000 ski center, the beginner-friendly Serlesbahnen ski area, and the challenging slopes of the Elfer lifts ensure a varied holiday in the Stubai Valley. The Stubai Valley is considered a particularly family-friendly ski area and offers numerous ski schools as well as fun activities for kids. The Stubai Glacier also awaits the little ones with the BIG Family children's area, a children's restaurant with an indoor play tower and an ice grotto with an exciting puzzle rally in the eternal ice.
The Elfer lifts in Neustift are a 5-minute drive away. There is a large parking lot directly at the valley station. The Stubai Glacier is about a 25-minute drive away, and the family-friendly Schlick 2000 ski area is about a 10-minute drive away. The free ski bus takes you quickly and easily to all ski areas in the Stubai Valley. The ski bus stop is about a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
Explore the snowy landscape on a leisurely winter hike or a round of cross-country skiing. Well-marked winter hiking trails and cross-country ski runs pass right by the hotel. In total, the region offers 80 km of wonderful winter hiking trails and 62 km of cross-country ski trails. A tobogganing trip on one of the 12 natural toboggan runs, awarded the Tyrolean Natural Toboggan Run Seal of Quality, as well as 4 night toboggan runs in the Stubai Valley or the 11-person toboggan run with an exit next to the hotel, promises plenty of fun.

The Sky Spa & Pool area, spread over two floors, offers relaxation at its finest. The heated 20-meter outdoor designer pool with bubble loungers and indoor access, as well as the relaxation room, invite you to unwind after an active day outdoors. The Spa Express lift takes you to the Sky Spa, your retreat exclusively for adults. Enjoy the soothing warmth in the Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam bath.
