The Ensana Health Spa Hotel Butterfly is located in the center of the spa town of Marienbad, directly opposite the spa park. The famous colonnades can be reached on foot within 10 minutes.

At the heart of the offering is the hotel’s own sulfate-rich Ferdinand Spring; its mineral water is used both for drinking cures and for natural sulfate baths in the expanded balneotherapy center. Traditionally, this mineral water has been used to treat various musculoskeletal conditions, as well as skin, metabolic, renal, and respiratory disorders. The diverse range of therapies is tailored to individual needs and includes, among other options, natural sulfate and CO₂ baths, mud packs, dry gas baths, therapeutic massages, Hydrojet treatments, inhalations, electrotherapy, and physiotherapy. Additionally, the hotel offers aquatic rehabilitation, lymphatic drainage, and local cryotherapy. Medical examinations and consultations with physicians form the basis for personalized spa programs, allowing for a targeted combination of various natural healing resources and therapeutic treatments.
