In terms of dining, Thermana Park Laško combines traditional Slovenian cuisine with international dishes, emphasizing fresh, regional, and seasonal ingredients. In the hotel restaurant, guests can enjoy varied buffets featuring Slovenian specialties and international dishes for both breakfast and dinner. The à la carte restaurant, which includes a terrace, offers seasonally inspired cuisine and regional specialties that provide a contemporary twist on traditional recipes using local ingredients. The cozy hotel café—featuring an adjoining bar and a panoramic terrace—invites guests to relax and enjoy an excellent selection of drinks and homemade desserts. Thermal Bath
The public Laško thermal center is directly connected to the hotel; access is included in the room rate from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival through the entire day of departure.
Spanning 2,200 m² of water surface, a diverse thermal pool complex awaits you beneath an impressive glass dome that opens fully in fair weather, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor areas. Inside, facilities include a wave pool (approx. 31°C), a recreational pool (approx. 32°C) with waterfalls and floor jets, a lazy river, and a Kneipp path. Three elevated whirlpools (approx. 34°C) offer a lovely view over the pool hall. Children can enjoy the shallow indoor water park (approx. 32°C) or the large indoor slide. Outdoors (subject to season and weather), guests can enjoy a thermal pool connected to the indoor pool year-round (approx. 32°C), a recreational swimming pool (26–27°C), the unique crystal massage pool (32–34°C), and a children's pool with a spray park. During the summer months, additional large water slides provide extra fun.
The modern, fully renovated sauna center (available for an additional fee) features six different saunas—including indoor and outdoor Finnish saunas, an infrared sauna, a steam sauna, a laconium, and a sanarium—as well as cold and warm plunge pools.
Spa Treatments
Available for an additional fee, the 1,200 m² wellness spa center offers a wide range of pampering treatments designed for your well-being. In addition to classic therapies, the hotel draws on local history to offer unique signature treatments featuring natural products such as honey and beer. Options include wellness and pampering programs featuring specialized rituals—such as Ayurveda, Thai massage, Shiatsu, La Stone therapy, and Lomi Lomi—as well as face and body treatments using Thalgo and Pevonia Botanica products, romantic relaxation baths for two, and distinctive honey and beer wellness treatments. The offerings are rounded out by tailored spa programs for children, teens, and expectant mothers, as well as private spa suites.
Health Treatments
Available for an additional fee, the Thermana & Veda Ayurveda Center combines traditional Ayurvedic treatments with yoga, meditation, and personalized Ayurvedic nutrition. Multi-day programs are available, including options for regeneration and revitalization, as well as programs specifically tailored to the needs of patients suffering from burnout. Treatments include Abhyanga, Ayurvedic massages, Shirodhara, and herbal steam baths, all administered by experienced therapists and yoga instructors.
Thermal springs (31–34°C), natural remedies, and a team of medical specialists and experienced therapists form the foundation for a wide range of therapies and health programs. Specialists at the hotel’s own health center provide consultations on the various treatment options available. Medical services encompass physical and rehabilitative medicine (physiatry), orthopedics, rheumatology, and neurosurgery, as well as acupuncture and a specialized consultation service for Lyme disease. Therapies are offered for conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries and post-operative recovery, degenerative joint and soft-tissue rheumatism, spinal and muscular disorders, neurological conditions, post-stroke rehabilitation, and circulatory disorders.
