The hotel is located about 1km from the center of Bad Waltersdorf. It is embedded in the beautiful landscape of the Styrian thermal and volcanic region, surrounded by forests, meadows, orchards and vineyards and impresses with its quiet, sunny location.

From the very first step, you'll be immersed in a tranquil world at the resort's adults-only hotel. Whether in the cozy bar and lobby area with a good book in a comfortable reading chair, in the Teichblick bistro with Styrian snacks and fragrant coffee concoctions in the hotel thermal bath, or with a glass of wine in the evening at the inviting bar or on the adjacent terrace amidst the greenery – bright colors and comfortable furniture invite you to linger in all areas. The beautiful maple tree, which stands enthroned in the front garden, provides shade on hot summer days. The hotel restaurant Kulinarium and the Quellblick restaurant in the Heiltherme thermal bath serve excellent menus and à la carte dishes featuring regional products, including unique dishes from the TSM® culinary tradition. A seminar room and event hall, a hotel shop with decorative items and regional products, several elevators, an electric charging station (charges apply), and free parking in the spa parking lot round out the amenities. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Pets are not allowed.

Rooms
The 183 top-equipped rooms are decorated in pleasant colors with solid wood furniture and bio-sealed parquet floors and have a bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, seating, radio, infotainment system with 50" TV and streaming option, safe, mini fridge, WiFi and balcony or terrace. The completely renovated superior rooms impress with natural materials such as oak parquet floors, bright bathrooms with natural light, walk-in shower and separate toilet (except in single rooms), spacious balconies or terraces including seating and sun loungers as well as the highest level of sleeping comfort. A bathing bag with a fluffy rental bathrobe and bath towels is available to you for the duration of your stay.

Meals
Half board: enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet with regional delicacies or an early bird and bathrobe breakfast from 7:00 a.m. in the bistro in the hotel thermal baths. In the evening, enjoy a 5-course evening meal with TSM® cuisine in the hotel restaurant Kulinarium or enjoy dinner in your bathrobe in the Quellblick restaurant.

Activities
The thermal spa offers a fitness room, as well as a varied daily range of activities in the thermal waters and dry lands, including a wellness and activity program and Nordic walking. Table tennis, tennis, and squash are available at the Sportaktivpark (approx. 500 meters from the resort).
Premium e-bike rentals are available for a fee.

Wellness
The adults only hotel thermal baths - exclusively for guests of the Quellenhotel - can be used daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. or from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
After extensive renovation in summer 2023, the hotel's own thermal baths welcome you with significant added value. The focus is on opening the rooms to the outside and the power of typical Styrian nature. Indoor and outdoor thermal pools, oases of peace with relaxation plus and a lounge area await you on over 3,000m². Swimming enthusiasts can swim their laps in the thermal pool early in the morning. The centerpiece is and remains the natural bathing pond with an integrated thermal pool and sun terrace, a unique pool-in-pool system, embedded in the lush green of Eastern Styria. A thermal water nude swimming pool in the outdoor area is also available. The spacious sauna area with infusion forest sauna with a panoramic view of pure nature, bio sauna, infrared pavilion, brine steam bath and meadow sauna as well as indoor and outdoor thermal pools, outdoor thermal swimming pool and nudist garden invite you to sweat healthily. The ladies' spa with stream sauna, oasis of calm and terrace is a place of well-being just for women. Nature lovers can stroll through the lavender labyrinth or along the developed sources of life paths.
Thermal Bath
The healing thermal baths are directly connected to the Brunnenhotel via a connecting corridor and can also be used all day on the day of arrival and departure.
Light wood, light-flooded oases of calm with living room character and cozy gossip areas invite you to relax. An open fireplace ensures comfort, especially in the cooler season. In all 7 thermal water pools - from the gymnastics, massage and sports pools to the swimming pool with underwater fitness bikes and counter-current system - bubbling life energy can be felt. All thermal pools are equipped with massage jets and have a temperature of approx. 36°C.
Sauna fans will enjoy a total of 9 saunas, including a garden sauna and a herbal sauna with brine misting, a sauna bar and a lush sauna garden. Special infusions with honey, salt and ice flakes invite you to sweat several times a day. Sun worshipers take the panoramic lift to the spacious nude lounger terrace.
Spa Treatments
Soothing massages from around the world, pampering cosmetic treatments, and relaxation programs are offered at the TSM® Health Oasis. In addition to classic massages and exotic massages such as Lomi Lomi Nui, you can enjoy soothing special treatments with seasonal products, such as a TSM® herbal stamp massage with pleasantly warm sunflower and pinewood essential oil.
