Inside the hotel, you'll find a spacious lobby with a reception area and comfortable seating, a lounge with a fireplace, and a bar area with live music. In the newly designed restaurant area, featuring a variety of interior styles, including a winter garden and a traditional Tyrolean parlor, you can enjoy sophisticated cuisine and regional products. The hotel also offers a large seminar area, bicycle and e-bike storage, several elevators, and charging stations for electric vehicles (for a fee). Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

Thermal Bath
Tyrol's largest and most modern thermal spa, the AQUA DOME, can be reached quickly and easily via a bathrobe corridor. Access is included in the room price from 9 a.m. on the day of arrival to 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
The modern and architecturally impressive thermal resort in the heart of the Ötztal impresses with its futuristic-looking water and sauna world. 12 indoor and outdoor pools await you on over 50,000m², some filled with sulphurous thermal water. The heart of the AQUA DOME is the “Ursprung” thermal dome with 2 large indoor thermal water pools (34-36°C), an intoxicating waterfall, a huge glass front with a view of the Ötztal mountains and various relaxation areas. Enjoy an incredible feeling of weightlessness in the “Talfrische” open-air spa with its three apparently floating, futuristic bowl pools. A glowing glass cone encloses the successful pool formation and enables the heavenly mountain panorama to be experienced with all the senses. A 25m sports pool, a river pool with a current channel and an active pool complete the offering. The varied sauna world with 11 saunas and steam baths, including loft sauna, earth sauna, hay barn and gorge sauna, herbal bath and brine grotto, indoor and outdoor pools, special infusions and various relaxation areas, has the right temperature for everyone.

For a fee: various treatments with products from the own thermal deep brand, highly qualified therapists and a soothing ambience make the award-winning Treatment & SPA area an oasis for body and mind. Let yourself be pampered with facial and body treatments, applications such as baths, packs and wraps, classic and special massages, including herbal stamp massage, Tyrolean honey massage and Ötztal stone massage, Alpine fango, anti-cellulite treatments and WAVE Signature Rituals. In a sporty, luxurious environment, the AQUA DOME also offers sports coaching and nutritional advice.
Children
Child care and entertainment from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for diaper-free children aged 3 and over in the separate children's water world “Alpen Arche Noah” in the thermal spa area, children's pool, water fun park on the deck of the ship, tire and funnel slide, large play world with craft corner, Outdoor playground and family relaxation areas.
