The cottage is located 3.5km above the town "Schwarzenbach im Pielachtal", on a 850m2 big estate which borders on a small stream.

Schwarzenbach 3.5km, summer toboggan run and natural swimming lake Türnitz in 13km, Eibeckalm 6km (alp), Geißenbergalm 3km (alp), the town Frankenfels in 13km, outdoor swimming pool 12km. Hiking- and biking trails start directly in front of the cottage!
