Location
High above Neukirchen, in the Trattenbach valley, in an absolute quiet solitary location and amidst the hiking- and alpine region.
Distances
Village Neukirchen with swimming pool, tennis and bicycle rental 13km. Farmed alpine hut, where you can buy agricultural products like milk, bread, butter, cheese and eggs, or recover with an alpine snack, coffee and cake, 2km. Fishing possibilities in 3km. Numerous hiking- and mountainbike trails in front of the cottage.
Facilities
Comfortable hut snuggery with seats, satellite TV and tiled stove, kitchen with electric cooker (2 plates), oven, wood stove, coffee machine, chilly cellar to store foodstuffs and drinks, freezer. Shower, toilet. Upper floor: three bedrooms with altogether 9 beds and 1 cot (length 150cm). Heating with tiled stove. Washing machine available. In front of the hut is a fenced garden with seats, a barbecue and a fantastic view. In midsummer the cows come for a couple of weeks in the evening to the annexed stable in order to get milked and to sleep there.

Electricity € 0,40/kWh, local tourism tax currently € 1,95/kWh, residual waste € 12,-/bag. Bed linen can be rented for € 15,-/set. Deposit € 300,-. pet per week € 40,-.
