The resort is set in a pine forest, right on a long pebble beach with umbrellas and sunbeds (for a fee). The vibrant city center of Rabac with shopping and entertainment facilities is about 1.5km away.
Facilities
Maro Suites is the family area of the Valamar Collection Girandell Resort. The hotel is fully geared towards children and offers a cozy lobby with a 24-hour reception and a lounge area as well as numerous children's extras. In the Maro Premium buffet restaurant (about 200 meters from the hotel), in the Splash Pool Bar and in the Ria All Inclusive Bar you can enjoy food and drinks as part of the All Inclusive offer. Outside there is a sun terrace with activity pool on 230m² with water slides.
Lift and free parking available. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.

The 149 spacious family rooms are friendly, furnished in warm colors and feature bathtub and shower / WC, hairdryer, cosmetic products, air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, coffee set, Wi-Fi and balcony. Furthermore, the rooms offer socket protection, children's bench in the bathroom, children's toilet seat, baby monitor and toy box. Minibar available on request.

AQUA MARO: Water world for families with baby pool (30 °C) with baby slide, indoor pool (about 28 °C) with slides and connected to the outdoor pool, splash pool, sunbeds and umbrellas.
