Surrounded by meadows with a fantastic panoramic view, the hotel is located on a sunny high plateau in the spa town of Mitterberg, just 5 minutes by car from Gröbming. Many cycling, mountain biking and hiking trails lead right past the house. A bus stop is located at the hotel.
The Gröbmingerland is one of the most beautiful nature experiences in the region. Five marked running routes from 2.5 to 13 km in length, a 15 km long cycle route and 10 signposted hiking trails invite you to do sports in the immediate vicinity. The Schladming-Dachstein region, the Ennstal, Gröbmingerland, the adjacent Salzkammergut and the "Sölktäler" nature park with its water and nature trails offer countless excursion destinations, cycle paths and a variety of activities for the whole family. Trautenfels Castle, Admont Abbey, Stechau Castle and Hohenwerfen Castle are all worth a visit for culture-loving guests.

The Berghof Mitterberg welcomes you with all the amenities for a successful summer holiday, including a large, bright reception area with reception, a restaurant with a buffet area and sun terrace, a cozy parlor, a bar with lounge and open fireplace and a storage room for your sporting goods. You can relax wonderfully in the large garden with sun loungers and Kneipp pools. With several seminar rooms, the hotel is also perfect for events, weddings and private celebrations. Free parking spaces, a garage for bicycles and motorcycles and a charging station for e-bikes (chargeable) are available. Free Wi-Fi in public areas.
