The family-friendly holiday complex is located on the sunny side of Lake Ossiach, in the center of the picturesque town of Sattendorf, at the foot of the Gerlitzen Alpe. Due to the slight slope, you can expect a wonderful view over the lake to the Ossiacher Tauern. The valley station in the hiking area of the Gerlitzen Alpe is only 1.2km away from the hotel.
The Ossiacher See, one of the warmest bathing lakes in Carinthia, not only has first-class water quality, but also the range of water sports is absolutely impressive. The offer ranges from sailing, surfing and boating to water skiing and wakeboarding to parasailing and banana boating. For active holidaymakers, the region offers well-marked hiking trails and Nordic walking trails, 27 km of cycle paths around the lake and access to the Drau Cycle Path or Carinthia circular cycle paths up to 200 km, paragliding from the neighboring Gerlitzen Alpe, horseback riding or climbing in the "Peterlewand" climbing garden in St. Urban at. The lake is also the venue for the "Carinthian Summer" music festival and is therefore considered the most musical lake in the country. In the Finkenstein Castle Arena there is an extensive range of theater and concerts with a breathtaking backdrop.
Facilities
The extensive holiday paradise consists of the main building, the 3* annexe (approx. 3 minutes' walk away) and the exclusive Ferienschlössl (approx. 100m away). Stylishly furnished restaurants with a small vinotheque, a cozy bar, a café and confectionery with a winter garden, the sun hill terrace, a small library, seminar rooms and a lift await you in a family atmosphere.
The 5.000 m² holiday park and the sports arena promise fitness, fun and sport for the whole family. Here you will find a tennis court, a solar-heated outdoor pool, a terrace with loungers and parasols and a fantastic view over the lake. The private beach is about 300m from the hotel.
Free parking spaces available directly at the house. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the facility.
Payable on site: local tax EUR 2,70 per person/night from the age of 16.

The 64 comfortable rooms and apartments have a bath or shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, Wi-Fi and balcony.

Meals
Half board plus: gourmet breakfast from the buffet with vitality corner, coffee and juices in the afternoon from 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm, in the evening 4-course menu with choice of salad, starters and dessert buffet with ice cream. 1 x weekly gala dinner, buffet or barbecue evening. Drinks (table wine, beer, mineral water, soft drinks and various juices) included with dinner.
Activities
Entertainment evenings, sports arena with e.g. various ball games, tennis, guided bike tours incl. rental bike, Nordic walking and guided mountain hikes as posted or guided hikes 3 times a week in July and August.
For a fee: bicycle rental, various water sports such as water skiing and parasailing.
