Over 600 km of hiking trails - from great circular hiking trails to themed and panoramic trails to the Gastein Trail - are waiting to be explored by you. Regardless of whether you are a leisure cyclist or an action lover, cycling and biking are at the top of the popularity scale when it comes to active holidays. Just a short par 3 from the hotel is the picturesque 18-hole golf course of GC Gastein and offers a unique natural experience.

The "living hall" with café bar and access to the sun terrace will spoil you with fine pastries and delicious coffee variations during the day. In the evening you can end your day with a glass of wine in front of the crackling fireplace. In summer you can relax wonderfully on the spacious lawns with comfortable loungers and parasols. You can use Wi-Fi in the whole hotel for free.

Spacious and stylish - the 111 feel-good rooms and suites offer you the highest level of comfort and a unique view of the Gastein mountains. All rooms have solid wooden furniture, a spacious seating area, bathtub or shower/toilet, hairdryer, wellness bag with rental bathrobe, bath towel and slippers, radio, cable TV on a large-format flat screen, minibar (stock on request), safe, WiFi and some have a balcony.

Meals
Pampering half board: extensive breakfast buffet, cake buffet in the afternoon, 4-course menu or buffet in the evening. Tea and juices all day in the SPA area. Diet or reduction food upon request and in advance.

Golf
As a partner hotel of the Gastein Golf Club, the hotel offers numerous highlights that will make golfers' hearts beat faster. Due to the direct connection to the 18-hole golf course, you are only about 80 steps away from the clubhouse. Your desired start time can be reserved at reception. The hotel also offers space to park or charge your e-trolley.
For a fee: packed lunch for golf days, trial lessons, golf packages for the whole family.

Health Treatments
The CESTA GRAND Aktivhotel & Spa offers a comprehensive health and spa program. The famous Gastein cure was already popular with Archduke Johann and Empress Sisi. Even today, Bad Gastein is still a medically recognized health resort and one of the first addresses for spa guests from all over the world. The water whose healing effects have been proven bubbles up from 17 springs: It contains the noble gas radon, which is particularly effective for Bechterew's disease, rheumatism, osteoarthritis, and respiratory and skin diseases.
