Mondial has its own ticket desk which, via the two largest computer reservation systems, has world-wide access to tickets for all kinds of cultural events, such as opera, theatre, musicals and festivals.

Since 1986 Mondial has been the exclusive organiser of the special series of concerts by the Vienna Boys' Choir and furthermore has its own ticket allotment for the Vienna State Opera, the Spanish Riding School and numerous musicals.
