The Vienna Residence Orchestra, a Viennese chamber orchestra with long tradition was founded to perform the music of the "Wiener Classic" in its purest form. The numerous concert series this orchestra has performed in the last decades have taken place at some of the most beautiful palaces in Vienna.

The program has consisted of works from Mozart to Strauss, played by anything from 10 to 40 musicians in Rococo and Biedermeier costumes, accompanied by 2 opera singers and a ballet-dancer couple.

Performances: daily at 8.15 p.m.
additional concerts from May to October will be played at Börse Palais or Arsenal
